March 25 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm

Facilitated by Jim Smith, PCC

Wednesday, March 25, 2020

11:30 am – 1:00 pm

Zoom Webinar

Before humans developed our complex cognitive selves, we had bodies. Yet in today’s world, as Ken Wilber observes, “the body is merely a vehicle to convey the Wise Brain from meeting to meeting.” Funny, that, since Neuroscience now reminds us that our brain IS our body, and our body IS our brain.  So, what if you could access ALL your forms of wisdom: cognitive, sensory, emotional, intuitive, and even cellular? What questions might your body ask, if it had a voice in your coaching?

In this webinar we will bring you back to your body as source of wisdom. Participants should expect to be physically challenged and may find themselves out of their comfort zone of traditional learning. This is an invitation to engage, pay attention, and learn how your own body can be your most powerful coaching tool.

Webinar goals:

  • Bring attention to the way you hold your body as an instrument of coaching, your coaching presence, and the source of your coaching wisdom
  • Explore new tools for deeper work within yourself and with your clients
  • Experience the power and shift that comes from getting out of your head when coaching through an embodied coaching experience
